Chelsea Jade's 'LOW BROW'

Last week, Chelsea Jade (formerly Watercolours) invited anybody who'd like to join to the internet-based 'listening party' for her new track, Low Brow.

What's a listening party, you ask? The later-received email invite speaks for itself, really:

"In an ideal world, I would pick you up on your corner and drive you around the block, playing it euphorically through the rattling speakers a touch too loud, no head rest on the passenger side so you could lull your head all the way around with abandon should the mood strike.

"Unfortunately, I don't drive so instead there is a private Soundcloud link..."

Chelsea self-professedly broke "stony silence" with the new track, which she describes as sounding like "sliding over smoothed rocks in socks." It features on a Soundcloud profile wiped of all previous musical endeavours. Mystery.

This refined pop sound, produced by LA producer Sam McCarthy, is everything we wanted from the dreamy Auckland-raised artist. Hold tight for more.
